Terms of Service
Article 1 (Members)

“Member” means an individual who applies for membership in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Company and agrees to these Terms of Service.

“Member Information” means information regarding a Member’s attributes disclosed by the Member to the Company, as well as information relating to the Member’s transaction history and other related information.

These Terms of Service apply to all Members and must be complied with both at the time of registration and thereafter.
Article 2 (Registration)
1. Membership Eligibility
Customers who agree to these Terms of Service and submit the prescribed membership application shall become Members upon completion of the required registration procedures.
Membership registration must be completed by the individual seeking membership. Registration by proxy or on behalf of another person is not permitted.
The Company reserves the right to refuse membership applications from individuals whose membership has previously been revoked or whom the Company otherwise determines to be unsuitable for membership.
2. Registration of Member Information
When registering as a Member, customers must carefully read the instructions provided and accurately enter all required information in the designated registration form.
Certain characters, including special symbols, traditional or obsolete Japanese characters, and Roman numerals, may not be accepted in Member Information. If such characters are entered, the Company may modify them as necessary.
3. Password Management
(1) Passwords may only be used by the registered Member and may not be transferred, loaned, disclosed, or otherwise made available to any third party.
(2) Members are responsible for securely managing their passwords and should take appropriate measures, including changing passwords periodically, to prevent unauthorized access.
(3) Any action or communication made to the Company using a Member’s password shall be deemed to have been made by the Member. The Member shall be responsible for all payments, obligations, and other consequences arising from such use.
Article 3 (Changes to Registered Information)

Members must promptly notify the Company of any changes to information previously provided to the Company, including their name, address, or other registered information.

The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from a Member’s failure to update their registered information. Even after updated information has been registered, transactions already processed prior to such update may continue to be handled based on the information previously registered.
Article 4 (Withdrawal of Membership)
Members who wish to terminate their membership may do so by completing the withdrawal procedures prescribed by the Company. Membership shall terminate upon completion of such procedures.
Article 5 (Loss of Membership and Liability for Damages)

The Company may revoke a Member’s membership if the Member provides false information when applying for membership, fails to fulfill payment obligations arising from purchases made through the Company’s online store, or if the Company otherwise determines that the Member is unsuitable for membership.

If a Member engages in any of the following acts and thereby causes loss or damage to the Company, the Member shall be liable to compensate the Company for such loss or damage:
(1) Unauthorized use of a membership number, account, or password;
(2) Interfering with the Company’s business operations by accessing the Company’s website to alter or falsify information, transmitting harmful computer programs, or engaging in similar acts;
(3) Infringing intellectual property rights relating to products handled or sold by the Company; or
(4) Engaging in any other act that violates these Terms of Service.
Article 6 (Handling of Member Information)

As a general rule, the Company will not disclose Member Information to third parties without the Member’s prior consent. However, the Company may disclose Member Information or other customer information without prior consent in any of the following circumstances:
(1) When disclosure is required by applicable laws or regulations; or
(2) When the Company determines that disclosure is necessary to protect its rights, interests, reputation, or other legitimate interests.

Member Information shall be managed by the Company in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy. The Company may use Member Information for the purposes of providing services to Members, improving the content and quality of its services, promoting the use of its services, and ensuring the sound and efficient operation of its services.

The Company may provide Members with information, including advertisements and promotional communications, through email newsletters or other methods.
Members who do not wish to receive such communications may opt out in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Company. However, Members may not opt out of communications that are necessary for the operation or provision of the services.
Article 7 (Prohibited Conduct)
When using the services, Members are prohibited from engaging in any of the following acts:

Violating applicable laws or regulations, these Terms of Service, notices or guidelines relating to the use of the services, shopping guidelines, or any other applicable rules established by the Company;

Infringing or harming the rights, interests, reputation, or credibility of the Company or any third party;

Engaging in conduct that may adversely affect the physical or mental well-being of minors, or engaging in conduct contrary to public order or morals;

Engaging in conduct that causes inconvenience, harm, or discomfort to other users or third parties;

Providing false or misleading information;

Transmitting, uploading, posting, or distributing harmful computer programs, malicious code, emails, or similar content;

Gaining or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Company’s servers, systems, networks, or other computer systems;

Lending, transferring, disclosing, or sharing a password with any third party; or
-
Engaging in any other conduct that the Company determines to be inappropriate.
Article 8 (Suspension or Interruption of Services)

In order to maintain the services in good operating condition, the Company may suspend or interrupt all or part of the services without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:
(1) When necessary for scheduled or emergency system maintenance;
(2) When excessive load is placed on the Company’s systems;
(3) When operation of the systems becomes difficult due to fire, power outage, interference by third parties, or other similar circumstances; or
(4) When the Company otherwise determines that suspension or interruption of the systems is unavoidable or necessary.
Article 9 (Modification or Discontinuation of Services)
The Company may, at its discretion, modify or discontinue all or part of the services at any time without prior notice.
Article 10 (Disclaimer)

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by Members arising from interruptions, delays, suspension, termination, or loss of data caused by failures of communication networks, computers, systems, or other equipment, unauthorized access to data, or any other matters relating to the Company’s services.

The Company does not warrant or guarantee that emails, content, web pages, servers, domains, or other materials provided or operated by the Company will be free from computer viruses, malware, or other harmful components.

The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a Member’s violation of these Terms of Service or other applicable rules.
Article 11 (Amendments to These Terms)
The Company may amend these Terms of Service at its discretion and may establish additional or supplementary terms and conditions (“Supplementary Terms”).
Any amendment to these Terms of Service or any Supplementary Terms shall become effective when the revised Terms of Service or Supplementary Terms are posted on a website designated by the Company.
Following such amendment, Members shall be subject to and comply with the revised Terms of Service and any applicable Supplementary Terms.
Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service, the district court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company’s principal office shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
Special Provisions Regarding Returns and Refunds
Except in cases where a product is defective, damaged, or otherwise non-conforming, returns and refunds are generally not accepted.
